The accommodation and service provided beyond my expectation. The building was under minor renovation during my stay so its slightly uncomfortable to swim nonetheless their customer service was excellent from front desk to room service to accommodate your request although there was a language barrier. thank you for your warm welcome and helpful assistance in providing universal adapter, suggesting places to go hangout and buying stuff, and booking a grab. will definitely coming here again in the future ;)

The room is spacious! They upgraded our room free of charge, which is amazing. Quick check in service and friendly staffs as well. Location is strategic, within walking distance there are shops, restaurants and Simpang Lima - a landmark of Semarang.

Location quite strategic Room service 24 hrs Cafe and resto open until 23.00 Restaurant or during breakfast they have good espresso machine Traditional food and snack you can easily find here Check in Check out quite fast Staffs were really helpful and friendly

Shower taps didnt work (twice during our stay), but the engineer staff is quick to respond even though at night. Maybe the tap needs renewal or bathroom updated? But, salute to the quick responding staff.
